Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

The Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for Bridge Builder Communities’ administrative, financial, and operational systems, ensuring that day-to-day functions run efficiently and align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. Reporting to the Executive Director, and working closely with the Chief Program Officer and Program Director, this role supports organizational performance through effective management of finance, human resources, facilities, and vendor relationships.

The Operations Manager ensures internal systems and processes operate smoothly, supports compliance with policies and regulations, and partners with leadership to strengthen organizational capacity. This role requires a proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented professional who can balance attention to detail with a big-picture understanding of how operational excellence drives mission impact.

Development Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Augusta, Georgia

The Development Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of the organization through effective fundraising and donor management. This position is responsible for a range of functions, including donor stewardship and fundraising support, gift processing, centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system coordination, event coordination, and marketing and digital communications.

The Development Coordinator works closely with the leadership team, board members, and other volunteers to plan and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors, and manage donor databases. Productive collaboration with the leadership team and staff is critical, as is effective and timely communications with staff, donors, and community partners. The Development Coordinator position requires discretion, professionalism, and empathy in all aspects of their work.

Caseworker (“Success Manager”)

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Work Model: On-Site

Reporting to the Program Director, the Caseworker provides individualized support and case management for young adults participating in Bridge Builder Communities’ programs. As part of a trauma-informed, wraparound care team, the Caseworker helps residents set and achieve educational, employment, and life goals that lead to long-term stability and independence.

This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized development plans, coordinating services, facilitating life skills and job readiness sessions, and monitoring client progress toward self-sufficiency. The Caseworker works closely with the Program Director, Resident Advisor, and external partners to ensure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality support. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and strong organizational and communication skills.
